In this section, you can add guest users to your account, granting them specific permissions to access certain areas and folders. This is useful for sharing information with your team, without having to give them full access to the account.

To access the guest users section, simply follow these steps:

1. Access your account
Log in to StrapCast and go to the main panel.

**2. Go to the “Account” tab **
In the side menu, click on “Account” to access where the invited users section is.

3. Go to the “Guest Users” tab

And that's it, you'll be able to see the information on the Guest Users.

How to add a guest user?

1. Enter the email of the person you want to invite.

2. Choose whether the user will have administrative permissions or only limited access.

3. Permission Types

🔹 Administrator
The user will have full access to the account, being able to manage settings, videos, VSLs, integrations and all available areas. They can add new users, modify permissions and change general account settings.

🔹 Can access the account
This permission grants the user

🔹 Can view conversions
The user will be able to access the conversions area, checking data on the performance of videos and VSLs. This includes information on leads, interactions and results generated by the videos.

🔹 You can view conversions in the video analytics.
The user will be able to view the Conversions, Conversion Rates and Revenue Generated from their VSL

🔹 Can view traffic page
With this permission, the user will be able to access the traffic section, where it is possible to see where viewers come from, which sources generate the most views.

🔹 Can view security page
Allows the user to view domain restrictions, where the user can allow or exclude specific domains.

🔹 Can view integrations page
The user can access the integrations area, where it is possible to connect the platform to other services.

4. Configure the Folder Permissions, selecting which content the user can access, example:

You can choose which Video and VSL folders he can access.

5. Click on “Add Guest User” to finish.

6. After adding the user, click on the copy icon to copy the link that will define the password for this new user.

**7. **With the link, you can send your user a password.

After the password has been created, the user will be able to use the platform with their chosen settings
