My current subscription and its information
In the Subscription section, you can view and manage the details of your current plan, upcoming charges and payment information.
To access your subscription information, simply follow these steps:
1. Access your account
Log in to StrapCast and go to the main panel.
**2. Go to the “Account” tab **
In the side menu, click on “Account” to access the area where your Subscription is located.
3. Go to the “Subscription” tab
Now you can see your subscription information.
Subscription status
- Paid/Active: This will show whether your subscription is paid and active.
- Next Billing: Date of the next subscription charge.
- **Start Date: **Indicates when your subscription was activated.
- Current Period: Shows the current billing interval.
Payment method
You can view and manage the cards registered for payment.
- Cards: The card you have registered will appear as the main one, but you have the option of registering others, and choosing another one as the main one.
- Options:
- Set as Main: You can add more than one card, so this option allows you to choose which card will be used for future charges.
- Delete: Remove a registered card. This option appears if you hover the mouse cursor over the registered card. If there is no card registered, your account will remain blocked on the charge.
- Add New Card: Register a new payment method.
When you add a new card, it will appear like this:
Here you can redeem any cards you have registered with StrapCast.
If you want to add one that is not saved, just click on pay without link.
And fill in your new details, and save:
Payment History
Here you can consult all the charges for your subscription, including:
- **Transaction date **
- Amount charged
- Status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
- Receipt (Available for download)
