The Pitch Retention tool allows you to mark the exact moment when the sales pitch begins in the video. With this, you can track audience retention at that specific point, analyzing how many people watch up to that point and where there may be drops in engagement.
---### Where do I find the Pitch of my video?


Follow the steps below to find and define the Pitch in your video:


1️⃣ Go to analytics → Go to the Analytics section to view your video's data. If you have any questions, check out this article: Where Do I Find the Video Analysis?.


2️⃣ Interact with the graph → Click anywhere on the retention graph to open the video and view the performance at different times.


3️⃣ Set Pitch → After opening the video, locate the “Set Pitch” option and select the exact moment when your sales pitch begins.

🔹 How to set the pitch time:


  • Set hours, minutes and seconds to indicate the exact moment when the offer or call to action begins.


  • Example: If the pitch starts at 30 seconds, the selected time will be 00:00:30.


  • Use this metric to assess how many people remain watching until that point and optimize your sales approach.


Just below the graph, you can see the pitch retention, displayed as a percentage (%). This data indicates how many viewers remained watching until the moment of the sales pitch, helping you to assess audience engagement.
